One of the coolest things about this new understanding of how being human works is that there’s nothing to DO in order to connect with your innate health and well-being. No mantras to memorize, no exercises to heal unsupportive beliefs, nothing to practice or force yourself to do.
All we need to ‘do’ is look toward understanding. And here in the 21st century, technology makes that so easy. I regularly listen to the podcasts or audiobooks I mention in this guide while I’m cooking, driving or folding laundry.
